The CHS Branch Library is located on the 1st floor of the UWC Health and Community Health Sciences Building (also known as BMC) in Bellville. It serves School of Nursing, Natural Medicine, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Interprofessional Education Unit (IPEU) departments. CHS Faculty operates mainly on two campuses, UWC Main campus at Robert Sobukwe and CHS Bellville campus at 14 Blanckenberg Street. The CHS Bellville campus is right in the heart of the Bellville CBD and contributes to urban regeneration by encouraging further consolidation of a health and well-being precinct in the Bellville CBD.

The library is rich in both printed and online resources: books, journals, reading space and discussion rooms. Next to the library is a Computer lab that has printing and copier facilities. Computer lab has 60 seats and is also fully Wi-Fi enabled.
