MathSciNet produced by the American Mathematical Society, is a comprehensive database covering the world's mathematical literature since 1940. It provides Web access to the bibliographic data and reviews of mathematical research literature contained in the Mathematical Reviews Database. It also provides hyperlinks to full-text articles in the Science Direct database.

MEDLINE (EbscoHost)is the National Library of Medicine’s database of indexed journal citations and abstracts. It covers the fields of biomedicine and health. This includes medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, behavioural sciences, chemical sciences, public health and much more.
MEDLINE (Pubmed) this is a service of the National Library of Medicine. It provides access to over 12 million MEDLINE citations back to the mid-1960’s and provides access to additional full-text life science journals. It also contains citations that precede the date that a journal was selected for MEDLINE indexing.

The TRIP Database is a "..search tool designed to allow health professionals to rapidly identify the highest quality clinical evidence for clinical practice". You can search particularly for evidence that relates to the Developing World, and there is lots on Public Health as well as clinical evidence.
