MEDLINE (Pubmed) this is a service of the National Library of Medicine. It provides access to over 12 million MEDLINE citations back to the mid-1960’s and provides access to additional full-text life science journals. The TRIP Database is a "..search tool designed to allow health professionals to rapidly identify the highest quality clinical evidence for clinical practice". You can search particularly for evidence that relates to the Developing World, and there is lots on Public Health as well as clinical evidence. As well as research evidence, Trip also allows clinicians to search across other content types including images, videos, patient information leaflets, educational courses and news.
